Settings of a page set to index, follow, but page source shows noindex, follow

Hi,

I have a weird issue with indexing the starting page of the shop section of a site.
The url structure is: domain.com/shop/

It is a standard WordPress page, built up with VC.

Yoast manual settings of the page itself are set to: index, follow
but the page source shows: <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,follow”/>
The page is included in the sitemap. It’s missing from Google index.

The issue appears to be only with this specific url.

Any idea what could cause the issue?

Thanks

Hi,

I believe that if you use the Yoast SEO plugin, the default settings will be index/follow, there would be no need to do anything else specific for that page

Thanks
