Hey, i’ve done nothing and my theme reseted all settings like social media, ads, colours and stuff like that. I haven’t done any export of those. Few weekes ago I’ve installed “black theme” demo and it worked perfect. Is there anything I can do to get those settings back or just set it up again?

Hello,
Sorry but if the settings were reset and o back-up made, you will have to set them again. Installing a demo will reset the theme panel settings.
