How do I backup settings? I exported the database from PHP my Admin. Anything else I need to backup before updating?

Should be option bottom of theme admin panel main page to save theme settings.
Also in wp panel, tools, export, for story data … Though not reliable over 10,000 posts.
Also ftp backup htaccess and wpconfig.
From host account backup php dbase.
