Hello,
1. The big grid full 4 already comes with the gaps included. You do not have to do anything besides add it to your site in the tagdiv composer.
The demo you ahve installed has a custom design implemented for the big grid in question. That is why your sis different. Each demo has it’s own style for a few elements.
2. This is the reason why in the excerpts section you will have a title length: https://www.screencast.com/t/9Wt6i4jAVguT
This way you can use titles as long as you like, but still have them on a single line in blocks.

I cant have the same block size as on the demo. My pictures are not square like in the demo. HOw is this possible ?
