How do I add in the social media buttons/like button on the media attachments?
(Seems like such a basic question so im sorry if i overlooked when searching)

Hi,
The like button and social sharing buttons can only be displayed in post pages, as an option to share the whole post. You can’t add them anywhere else. If required try a sharing plugin for additional sharing options and more advanced settings.
