Hello! When we share a post on facebook or twitter, add in the description all tags, author details, social sharing buttons, etc. How should do so only insert title and brief description?

Make sure you have working open graph (OG) tags; often done with plugin like Yoast SEO.

Our theme does not control that information but rather the seo plugins such as Seo by Yoast.
