Hi,
Could you please advise me how I can remove the two sections circled in black in the screenshot at:

But keep everything else the same?

Hi,
That related section is not coming from the theme, the one further down the page is added by the theme. I believe it might be added there by the Jetpack plugin, please see this guide and disable it

The top article and bottom article like/tweet can be disabled in the theme panel, sharing settings
