Sharing button does not include articles featured image.
I have gone ahead and installed the Yoast plugin as well (I read it somewhere on this forum that you need this plugin)
Any help?

Thanks for your reply. I followed instructions in your link to fix the issue for Facebook. However the same issue is there for Twitter. Is there a different approach to allow image show when sharing on Twitter?

In order to share the featured image of the posts on Twitter, you need to make the same settings as for Facebook, but for Twitter -> https://i.imgur.com/ohTcsFn.png clear all cache and check a new share.
