Hello there!
There is plenty of useful topics about sharing icons, but I didn’t find any about changing the type of social icons. There is a few variants of sharing buttons and I prefere this Like and Share FB buttons: http://peadig.com/wordpress-plugins/facebook-like-share-button/
It will be great if I can change existing buttons into these buttons mentioned in the link above.
I want to keep Tagdiv sharing system because of its compatibility with theme, but didn’t find any sharing customization options in Theme panel what I consider as a lack of theme options.

You can customize/modify the theme buttons by editing the core theme file that manages the CSS and image/font for each button. You can also over-ride any CSS with custom CSS.

You can also disable theme’s sharing/like buttons from Theme Panel and try to add plugin shortcode in the post template that you use: http://screencast.com/t/EDAmuGgXWEyj or you can use the plugin’s buttons by default(how they are been added automatically).
Unfortunately we cannot provide any type of custom work at this moment as we work hard on development, updates, fixes and support so the time and resources don’t allow us to provide custom work, but we can provide some guidance. Sorry!
