It seems to be strange. The color for sharing buttons should have the default color and not gray. Remove all of your untested plugins which can interact with the theme and causes this problem and check your custom code if you want something like this.

Pour changer la couleur des icones de partage en gris, tu dois cibler la div avec la class : td-social-but-icon, mais t’auras plus de hover. Tu devras alors spécifier le hover pour chaque icone séparément.
