Hello, other than creating a custom section, is there any way I can make an article sticky in the FIRST featured section? https://blog.tryandreview.com/ Or is there any way I can adjust the order of this section? We want certain blogs to be visible, even after publishing new articles after it.

What you can do is to set a flex block and set in filter tab the id of post that you want to be all the time show -> http://prntscr.com/oxiwpp you can check more about the filters in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
