Please let me know what shortcode you use, for what and how you set it.
If you have a shortcode you can set it in column text or text with title, in text zone => https://i.imgur.com/Ps7fcU0.png -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB. The shortcode is automatically saved.
