Hi, we noticed that we are having a problem in our front page header, after the logo we see
[vc_row el_class=”td-slider-row” full_width=””][vc_column tdc_css=”eyJhbGwiOnsibWFyZ2luLWJvdHRvbSI6IjIwIn19″]
Obviously the problem is that shortcode is not interpreted, the version of your Newspaper theme that we are using is 9.0.1, this problem happens just in the front page of the site, Any idea bout why is this happening? We haven’t install anything new lately.
I wait for your reply.
Best regards.
Hi,
So there is code displayed in the page? I believe you have installed the politics demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_politics/
This demo features a revolution slider at the top of the homepage content. But if any of the composers are active the code should be rendered.
Try to edit the page with the page builder you used to create it, remove the row containing the slider and place it again, enter the revolution slider in it and configure it. Save and view the page.
Also be sure to use the latest version of the slider provided in the theme package (5.4.8).
Thanks
Thank you for the info, I updated the slider and installed the composed and after cleaning the cache it worked perfectly, but another problem has appeared with the facebook block, I have another short code not interpreted, I tried to get the solution on the forums but my code is not exactly the same:
[td_block_social_counter custom_title=”[Text]” facebook=”[Text]” style=”style6 td-social-boxed” facebook_app_id=”[Numeric value]″ facebook_security_key=”[Numeric value]″ facebook_access_token=”[Numeric value]″]
(I have replaced here the actual values by [Text] and [Numeric value] not to expose our data)
Do you have any idea about what’s the problem with this? Thank you again for your support.
Regards
That would be the social counter, please check if the plugin is active

If the plugin is active the social counter block should be displayed as intended.
