Short Codes for Ads

Is it possible to implement ads with shortcodes. I want to place Custom-Ad-1 (Code placed through Theme Panel) in the sidebar using Text widget. is it possible through shortcode?

I know i can move Tagdiv_adbox to sidebar and select the ad I want to show but for some reasons I don’t want to use this option.

Azhar – if you use AdRotate plugin you can use there widgets in the sidebar – with shortcodes – this can be used as well as a TagDiv ad box and you can use multiple AdRotate widgets

Hello Nadeem,

I have tested ads on sidebar using shortcodes and it works for banner ads and adsense. you can create a simple textbox in visual composer and add your shortcode there:

You can also use the plugin method PatWire sugested. AdRotate is tested and works fine with our theme.
