I have one other site that this is working on. I simply added a short code inside of a raw html block and it worked.
On my second site how ever I did the exact same thing and all thats happening is that the short code is being displayed as text.
Any idea why it might work on one and not the other? I have ran threw and checked all my plugins are the same and are the same version.

Something is different there. If you want you can give us access to your WP with issue to take a look, and give us what you have used and not working.

I am using 3.3 and I can confirm that shortcodes do not work for me in the visual editor if I use a Raw HTML Element. They do work if I use a Text Block.
