Hello,

We are using a plugin with a shortcode. It’s working nice without TagDiv but when I try to put this shortcode in a post or in the template, it’s not working and I’ve got this result :

Hi,

I don’t quite understand the problem , what plugin are you using? some more details ( ” It’s working nice without TagDiv”, are you using another composer, which one? ) and screenshots, that would be very helpful.

We are using an home made extension who can be used with ShortCode like :
[koabanner koaid=”123″]

But, when I try to use this in a post/page, I have this result :

If I turn off the NewsPapers Theme, it’s working fine.

Hi,

If the home made extension si made like in Function Reference/add shortcode: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_shortcode then will work.
