I found your post regarding the shortcode to edit CSS on articles without coding but it doesn’t seem to work on my TinyMCE editor.

If you want to do your text as quotes, the settings for this feature you should find in your Editor->Formats, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/cOi2u1nE9Sv
