But what is supposed to render the sortcode? Every shortcode needs a program to render it. You cannot use a random shortcode grabbed from another theme or a random site. Each shortcode needs the implementation to support it. Where is the shortcode from? is it a plugin?

YES it is a plugin which offers me the Shortcode [djwp] that I have installed in my WordPress. This plugin shows me a photo in the header of a size of 1040×140, the plugin is called DJROTATOR and shows photos in the schedules that I program. Thank you

Ask your hosting provider to increase the server and WordPress parameter values if needed. Insufficient resources cab cause such issues.
