I created a page and inserted a shortcode; it works perfectly on my PC, but the page isn’t displayed on mobile devices.

Hi,
AS long as you are not using the mobile theme plugin, the same elements that are rendering on desktop will also render on the responsive version (mobile). Just make sure that your shortcode has the adjusted version for mobile.
