Hello,
I would like to add a shortcode to the start page. When I call up the start page and start editing with the tagDiv Composer, I have no option to select a shortcode in the left menu (+Add).
How do I get the shortcode onto the start page now?

Hello,
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
