in red I indicate where the post thumbnails should be seen
in green I indicate where the shortcode that cannot be seen should be (it is from google opinions)
in purple I indicate where they should see the option to share on social networks

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
