2) In order to add more then tow columns you need to use the element from Gutenberg https://www.screencast.com/t/rFCkrpsDCezU , becouse the default classic editor have only two columns

Unfortunately there is no option for that, the only way you can achieve that is to make some changes in classic editor plugin files and implement a custom code.
