We use advanced ads plugin for constroling our ads. When I use the shortcodes in the adspaces, the ads will not show. However I contacted the support of advanced ads about the issue. They told me I should ask the theme support

Hi,
If you are using non AdSense ads with the theme’s ad system, you just have to paste the code in the ad section and the theme detects this and renders the code on the page unmodified. So it should work if the code you enter is valid. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ However the plugin you are using could interfere with this process or it is not configured properly, and could cause this problem.
