Not showing all the available shortcodes shown in theme documentation in my post editor.

Hi,
Not sure what you mean, please provide more details. Do you refer to the quotes shortcodes? In newspaper 6 we changed quotes to html and you can find them in Formats – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-formats-for-tinymce/
