Im trying to use some shortcodes but they are not working on any text element. I tried to use the column text as you mentioned in another support ticket but that element doesn’t exist when I search for it. I just have column content and column title. Those shortcodes don’t work.

I’m using two plugins: Ninja Forms and AdRotate. Both of them are not working on the theme.
I’m sending you screenshots so you can see column text is not an option and that those shortcodes are not working either.

You use the wrong elements, you need to use column text or text with title => https://i.imgur.com/s7xk6wh.png , in text zone => https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB. The shortcode is automatically saved.

I’m running into the same problem. I tried using column text and text with title and pasted the following into it and it won’t load: [ninja_form id=4]
