I generated a shortcut of a music player to insert at the top of the site and it doesn’t render. I’ve tried including the shortcut tag and the html code and nothing. The plugin I’m using is LBG AUDIO6 html5 .
In a page template it works.

There should be a plugin conflict because this plugin which you use is not a tested one and unfortunately, we can not provide support for untested plugins.
