How can i show an inline article ads every X paragraph? i saw that in theme panel > ads > article inline there is an option to set it but it doesnt work for me. It show only 1 ads after the value that i set!

Unfortunately the article inlay was design to show a settable number of paragraphs, but only once.
If you want to repeat the ad you need to make some changes in theme files.
For ads after each paragraph set in theme panel on desktop please go in wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_module_single_base.php
