Show author name only on one block and category

I disabled showing author names, because i dont need it on site. I need it only on one specific category and one block for columnists. I use block 12 (module 11) on my home page to show latest post

is there a way to do this?

EDIT: i copied td_module_11.php to my child theme (includes/modules) but my editing doesnt make any changes

Hi,

Please note within the latest theme version we have changed the child theme system (for which we will have a documentation available soon) and because of that at the moment module and parts files can’t be overwritten via child theme. Until then please make you change in the main theme file.
