Show author under title

Respected,
I want to show author under title in every post. But for now it doesnt show when I use post template no. 3,4 and 5. How can I change that?

Please provide a link so we can inspect this. Also make sure the author is enabled from Theme Panel > Post Settings – http://screencast.com/t/kJYLRz2yhHEe
