SHOW COMMENT COUNT still showing

I turned off SHOW COMMENT COUNT part but still showing on post. Pls fix this.

If you want to disable the comment box, please notice that you will have to turn off all of these settings from your Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/QdF5Ix8W and this one -> http://screencast.com/t/nopndyUKjT
