I’d like that when i hover with the mouse over an image on my website it’s not showing the Title of the Post but what is inserted in “Description” (“Beschreibung” in german) of the image (not “Alternativer Text”, “Titel” or “Beschriftung”). How can i implement that?

Unfortunately, there is no option in the theme to achieve that. You need custom code.
