Tell me please is it possibel to show the tiem of the post near the date? Or just single time to make selection of big amount of posts header for entire single day (2 days) like big news news sites are doing.

I believe this is what you wanted.
The cloud library templates have a setting when using it’s post templates, there is an option to display a time ago format

That will affect the date in the post page, not modules in blocks/grids.

I’ve been having this problem with showing time *along with the date* in posts on Newspaper theme. Under single post settings, I have “Show Date” selected. I would assume that if, in Settings – > General, Date is set to F j, y and time is set to g:i:s A, the date would also show the time.
That said, here’s what a post looks. You’ll see that it’s only showing the date, though I have WP settings set to show time, too, which you can see in the underlying code:
