As of today, we just see search icon on top right in Menu. On clicking on it, we get “Search Box” which gives search results as you type.
Is there a way to show it at other places in site, using shortcode or even without that?
Would it be possible to customize this search to only look at title of pages and search?

The html structure for search menu can be found in header-menu.php file: http://screencast.com/t/YA8aYLZmz You can try to use it in different places of the page but this involve some customizations in js and also will be required a new css for it.
Note that this is a very complex task which involve good codding skills and also lots of customizations in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
