How can I add the author to the bottom of a page?
This shows on posts but I would like to add it to a number of pages where we have guest writers.

Hello dartsworld,
You should try to use Author Box from Visual Composer element and you can place it everywhere you want on your page, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Nm7fB9dJlWu and there you will have a list with all your authors.
Unfortunately, for your second request, our theme does not have such an option and I suggest you to try finding some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you.
