For share buttons you will have to find a plugin.
The theme already provides post views if activated from the theme panel-> post settings.

Hi,

The link seems to be working at the moment, could have been a temporary issue. The post publishing date will be displayed in the post page and in the blocks/modules, if enabled in the theme panel.
The solution in the topic is for modifying the module/modules you want in the code, since there is no theme option to display the time ago.
Sharing is only possible in the post page

View counters will only be displayed in the post page as well, not on modules. That would require code modifications if want to do it
