Show two categories in the homepage entries

You can show multiple categories on the homepage but you will have to provide more details about your request. provide a link to your site, screenshots or explanations on what element you want to show multiple categories as I cannot provide an answer based on your topic.

This will not be enough, sorry. I can only guess what you are saying without a link to your site or a screenshot. i guess you are using a wp categories element in your sidebar and only want to show a few categories? Ort are you using a block to show posts from these categories you mention? I can;t say for sure.
