Show up tag pages in search result

Hi, is there a way to show up tag pages in internal search results?

Hello,

Our theme uses the default search of WordPress so any results in the search goes through WP unmodified. Unfortunately there is no search result for a tag page. Maybe you will find a plugin that has such functionality.
