Hello,
The author and date can be globally enabled/disable using the theme panel settings for blocks/modules. So in case that a module is not displaying some info that is already enabled on the theme panel, then this one do not have it and it can be added only by editing the theme files.

The file path is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_mx10.php you can copy the code for date and author from td_module_1.php (the same file path).
