I have newspaper theme v6.5 installed on my website.

I am trying to create a custom plugin/code in which i want to parse a RSS feed and want to display its content in Sidebar or below the related stories section on the post description page.
Now i have written the code to parse the data from the feeds. Now i want this parse data to be fitted inside a theme pre-defined blocks like Block 1 or Block 7, etc. I have parsed the all the fields for a particular post from the feed, can you let me know how can i pass these value to a theme block so that it can process it and display it on the frontend. I tried looking through theme documentation and theme API’s but was not able to figure out a solution to this.
Please tell me how can i utilize the theme predefined blocks to display custom content.

Unfortunately we have no solution for this either. We have not tested any kind of rss feeds with our theme as there is no option for it in the theme. People usually use plugins for feeds. Other than this, we cannot provide any help as custom code implementation falls beyond what support can offer you.
