Showing Youtube URL in the "snippet"

Hey guys.

Lots of my posts start with an youtube-video, which means that the “snippet” (the little text before the read more button) shows the youtube URL, which isn’t good.
See the first post here: http://snowboard-mag.dk/
How can I make it stop showing the URL – and is it possible to decide when the …are made? I really would like to finish a sentence or make a good teaser. I’ve tried with the read more button, but that doesnt work.

Thanks

Hi,

We know about this issue and it is on our list, we still try to find a better implementation for it in future versions. A solution is to use excerpt field and excerpt manually there – http://screencast.com/t/1NFnXnb7pf

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not implement this for now, the developers still consider how to implement this and try to find the best solution.
A quick solution for you, try to add this code in td_util.php file – http://screencast.com/t/KQAPfU9uhttp://pastebin.com/JhVqyk07

Thanks!
