If you want to exclude these elements from your Sidebar, you should check the panel -> Appearance -> Widgets Section, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XQnOnDrtlnKj and from here you can remove/add any element you want to be or not in your website.

thanks you this helped me a lot, one other question how do i get the blocks to create new pages. I’m using block 11 on my home page to show my old post but its loading an infinite number of posts. i want it to show a limited number of post so that the home page is not too long.
