I inserted an advertisement via the “ad box” widget. The instructions in the widget read:
Optional - a title for the Ad, like - Advertisement - if you leave it blank the block will not have a title
Unfortunately the title is not visible on the website. It is in the code:
<div class="td-a-rec td-a-rec-id-sidebar td-rec-hide-on-tl td-rec-hide-on-tp td-rec-hide-on-p">
<span class="td-adspot-title">Wydarzenia</span>
but the <span> does not show. You can inspect this at: nowadebata.pl
Hello,
I have checked your website and saw that the ad title is visible and displays properly: http://screencast.com/t/s1R0pk2np
Please let us know if you require any further assistance,
Thank you!
Sorry, but it seems you’ve only checked this on Internet Explorer.
Here is how the web page looks on three different browsers side-by-side (browsers are marked with logos):

Note that the title od the ad box is only visible in IE, whereas it disappears on Chrome and Firefox.
I have checked this on three different machines.
Please confirm if I’m right about this, and if I’m wrong, please provide the same comparison of at least three of the most popular browsers (e.g. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp).
Thanks
Dominik
Hello Dominik,
Actually I checked only on chrome not IE. I have now tested this on all 3 browsers and it seems my results are a bit different. Chrome ok, IE ok but firefox does not display the title. On another pc I tested this, the ad title was visible on all 3 so probably this is a cache related issue. Please clear your cache and also purge cdn and let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!
