It appears that my G Ad is showing up twice even though I have only put in 1 adsense code and use only 1 widget.
Is this an error in v6?

It looks like when I use this as a Widget it appears twice.
But if it gets used as part of the Home Page it only shows up once.

Both of them are using the Ad box: Sidebar

Solved my own issue. — I used the Adblock SideBar but I had the Adsense code in a Text Widget from previous theme. So I just had to remove it from the Text Widget.
