I’ve created 2 custom sidebars using the Sidebars tab in the Theme – Options page. The first sidebar I created works fine. The second sidebar I created works fine until I reload/revisit the Widgets page, at which point all of the widgets that were in the second sidebar disappear, and the sidebar is empty.
Obviously this is a pretty major issue, as it limits me to 1 custom sidebar when I need many. Happy to send you an admin login if provided with an email address so you can see it for yourself.
Hello,
Should work, on our demo we use ~10 custom sidebars and work without any problem. You add widgets in that sidebars and when you reload the widgets page the widgets from that sidebars gone?
Give us access to see the issue, send via email at contact@tagdiv.com
that’s correct. seems to be the same issue this person is having:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/widgets/
I’ll shoot you an email shortly with login info. thanks.
oddly, as with the other person having a similar issue, while the widgets don’t appear on the widgets page, the widgets are themselves actually still there, as they show up on the site… in case that helps.
Hello @originalgravity can you try the solution from @awake
we may have a bug with the sidebar names
I have an ampersand (&) in the title of my sidebar that was causing the problems. I created a new sidebar with no ampersand and that one appears to be working fine. However, I am unable to delete the one with the ampersand, leading me to believe that there’s definitely a bug with any type of special character in the name of the sidebars…
yeah it’s an issue with HTML encoding of special characters. Trying to delete my sidebar that wasn’t working, the URL looked like this:
/wp-admin/themes.php?page=td_controller.php&td_page=sidebars&td_action=delete&delete_sidebar=Reports%20&%20Resources%20sidebar
I changed it to this and the deletion worked (swapped out %26 for &):
/wp-admin/themes.php?page=td_controller.php&td_page=sidebars&td_action=delete&delete_sidebar=Reports%20%26%20Resources%20sidebar

Hi,
Please go to the “Band” category in Theme Panel > Categories and check the Sidebar Position.
The theme default dose not request any Facebook URL configuration, that error could be from a plugin, please disable all plugins one by one and check to see if this issue is still there.
Let me know if this works
Thanks
Hi,
Please disable all plugins one by one and check to see if this issue is still there, if this doesn’t solve the issue please give us access to see the issue, send via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thanks
Yes, the issue is still there after I disabled all but one plugin. The plugin I’m keeping is one that shows a “coming soon” page to all my visitors, and I can’t disable that one since the site is not ready for launch.
I will try to replicate the issue on a test server and send you login credentials.
Thanks
