You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

thank you for your response, but I don’t see this as a good solution.
The web site is active, and If I deactivate them or deleting them, I could lose their configuration and risking to harm the web site.
As I already said, when we look into the code, the template is defined and assigned as it should.
What else could it be? It’s very important to solve this quickly.
