Sidebar dosent show up for logged out users

Hello, my sidebar with the newsletter signup only shows up for logged in users.
How can I fix this?

Hey Catalin,

I cleard the catch but the widget still dosent show up for logged out users.
This problem is also on the mobile version

Provide there the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you. Also, before sending us this email, please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files.
