Sidebar for shop page

I created a custom sidebar for woocommerce shop page and put widgets like filter by price etc in it. But on shop page, it is showing the default sidebar of the theme. How can I fix that. Also the title of shop page is showing Product Archive (see at the title in browser tab). My site url is http://theflowercrowd.co.uk/shop/

Please let me know how to show my shop sidebar. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can change it from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/bZDccHwc
Regarding the title, you can try to look at how WordPress SEO works. You can edit the title by clicking SEO > Titles & Metas > Post Types. Scroll down and look for “block” Custom Post Type Archives. On the “Products”, you can edit the behavior of this title.

Thanks a ton. It worked. One small question too. Is there a way where I can keep the login for forum and woocommerce same for the customers. I mean they only have to register once and can use that login for woocommerce and forum both.

Hi,

I can’t tell and guarantee you it will work like that, those two plugins use their own build in log in, we will investigate this as this needs to be tested. You can try to achieve this yourself until we can give you a certain answer, you can also get a developer to do it for you if you don’t how to do it.
