Yet another issue.
When i assign more than one category per post, sidebar is gone and its automatically restored when i assign only one category.

Please make sure you set the posts to use a specific sidebar or just that is not set to default: http://screencast.com/t/yvUBeIwMYJ
If you leave the default sidebar then if you have set a specific sidebar/layout/background-color for the category you have assigned the post to then that layout/sidebar will be used:
ex:

* theme panel – category 2 settings: http://screencast.com/t/PdkSfvOYzfX

I really thankful for your explanation, But the issue is bit peculiar.
When i select one category, issue seems resolved. But when i select two categories, then this happens.
Can i send you my WordPress login details via email to activate@tagdiv.com
I have some other issues as well. When i set points review, it breaks the theme.

Please chose a second category then set the sidebar from post editing filed like this: http://screencast.com/t/qTrye4SoBT this should overwrite the settings from theme panel and set the one you chose from post editing panel.
If this dose not work send you wp-admin login details at contact@tagdiv.com so we can check this.
