Good morning, I want to change template of “simple post” on my website. I choose a template from cloud library but I’ve many issues. Loading the template in the editor I encountered several problems, including the lack of the sidebar (with instead was in the preview).

I choosed from the Cloud Libray the template “Single Post Template 1”. This one: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/50-tips-and-insights-about-productivity-happiness-and-life/
If you check the screenshot the sidebar is not available or it overlays to the page and Disqus is not showed. This issue affect all templates. In fact we can’t use Disqus and sidebar in each one.
Currently the Cloud Library template is not enable because for all these issues.

The problem with the sidebar is related to a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud library and an extra plugin, this plugin is WPBakery, this is overwriting the cloud settings for rows.
so to have the nice layout you’ll need to disable the WPBakery plugin, or use some custom css to adjust the css.

thank you! The sidebar issue is fixed when i disable the WPBakery plugin but the Disqus comments are still not loaded. We already use Disqus Conditional Load.

Disqus doesn’t save the API Key. Every refresh the field is empty
