Sidebar location

Hi. I have made a number of attempts to get this done and can’t get it correct. It’s in relation to the homepage on http://topic.ie/

I want the sidebar to move from the bottom of my homepage to the top (under ‘Big Grid’ widget).
Assistance would be appreciated.

Need to use Visual Composer to create the layout as I mentioned in your other post on the same topic. You can simply update the ongoing topic, you don’t need to keep starting new ones, btw. 🙂
